I have no idea if I got the best price that I would have gotten if I shopped around, but I will say that it felt fair, everybody was very pleasant, and it didn’t feel like your typical jewelry haggling experience. I was very lucky to have found Truval. I live in Pennsylvania and I was debating driving to NYC for an appraisal to sell my ring. I called Truval and spoke to Sarah. She suggested their mail in option to me. I was skeptical so she suggested I do my own research of their company and then decide. From start to finish what a great experience. I was so hesitant to send my diamond due to being in a different state. Well first and foremost, Im one of those people who will always look at reviews but rarely ever writes them. But I felt compelled to write my first google review for Truval. I had a diamond engagement ring from a failed relationship that I have been trying to get rid of for a while now. He also had one of his diamond experts on hand and he took another piece to a rare coin expert, so I would have no doubts on the value.
